Information to PNR Nordic customers about the new data protection regulation GDPR.
The data protection regulation GDPR is a law in all EU-country´s valid from 180225, the law replaces the Swedish personal data law (PUL).
For PNR Nordic customer we have put this together in how we handle information about our customers.
We use digital client information /ERP (Lime / Visma ) where we enter and stores all contacts. Make notes about meting and conversation to be able to follow up and develop our cooperation.
WE do notes of following information. Company name, address, telephone and organization number. We also do notes of name, email, phone number and function on the contact person we have at the company.
We do not disclose this information to any other.
You can at any time request to see our details and notes about your company. You can also request that we stop making notes or cancel the information we have or cancel part of the information.
You make the request by notifying us in writing to: email@example.com
On our website have we published this information of GDPR and how we handle the data in both internal and external system. We have documented the complete information internally on how we work and only hand it out at the request from example Data inspection, or a private person in case we have stored personal date for that person.
The cookies we use on our website are called session cookies. They are used to improve user experience on the website and to collect information how many web browsers visit the page and how they move on the page.
Session cookies is common text files that contain a small amount data that are saved on the visitor´s computer and are deleted automatically when browser shut down. The cookies can neither burden the memory of the visitor´s computer nor contains viruses. Session cookies do not collect information from visitor´s computer or information which can identify the visitor personally.
To spread information of important event and news we send out newsletter to our existing customer and potential customer by MailChimp.
MailChimp can collect personal data in the form of first name, surname, IP-address, email. The service is run by The Rocket Science Group, LLC.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter by click on “unsubscribe “in a newsletter you received from us, or you can contact us if you want the personal data, request amendment or if you want us to cancel your personal data from the database. This document is only PNR Nordics interpretation of the new data protecting reform. The purpose of the document is to inform our customer of our interpretation of GDPR. We do not take any responsibility of possible misinterpretations of GDPR. Even Data Inspection admit that there are many question marks how the law shall apply. We will continuously update our processes and our documentation to apply our activity to the law.
