The surface treatment of steel sheets and cold rolling processes are done at room temperature and do not require particularly fine droplets. However, strict attention must be paid to uniformity of the spray distribution pattern onto the target surface.
The following nozzles are used in the cold rolling process, for cooling and lubrication systems:
– GX series, with flat fan spray pattern, with welding nipple connection and locknut,
– GY series, with flat fan spray pattern and dove-tail coupling;
– J series, with flat fan spray pattern and male connection;
– F series, high impact straight jet nozzles with male connection.
Metal sheets pickling, for spraying passivating liquid and then drying them, involves the use of the following nozzles:
– GX series, with flat fan spray pattern, with welding nipple connection and locknut;
– GY series, with flat fan spray pattern and dove-tail coupling;
– GA series, K large series, with flat fan spray pattern and male connection;
– D series, with full cone spray pattern and male connection;
– UEA D020 series, that produce a conic pattern air jet with narrow angle;
– UEA 0252 / 0527 series, that produce a flat pattern air jet.
