High-impact nozzles are extensively used in hot rolling processes, delivering the necessary force for effective and consistent descaling.
Their advanced design features a precise alignment system, enabling the use of a copper seal between the nipple and the nozzle tip. Efficiency is further improved by a carefully engineered flow stabilizer, which reduces turbulence caused by abrupt direction changes at the inlet from the central manifold. Additionally, the design allows for a filter to be installed at the nozzle inlet, helping to minimize clogging and reduce nozzle wear.
