FULL CONE NOZZLE – IN-LINE, DISC VANE
The AH full cone nozzle consists of a body and a disc vane, providing a highly uniform spray distribution across the entire coverage area. AH nozzles have been extensively used in continuous casting plants for many years. The specially designed vane ensures fine atomization of the liquid and significantly enhances its distribution. These innovative nozzles, widely recognized for their performance, are commonly used in steelworks across both Europe and America.
VANE
This precision-engineered vane features a smooth surface that minimizes pressure losses and prevents turbulence. Its stabilizer functions as a hydrodynamic brake, controlling the high-speed fluid rotation inside the chamber.
