Needle Jet Nozzles
GD models are classic high-impact needle jet nozzles that are easy to clean and resistant to clogging. Their tips produce a solid stream of high-pressure water inside pipes, typically containing a steel brush that can be rotated manually or automatically. The rotating brush effectively removes dirt from the inner walls of the pipe and flushes out debris through an escape valve. Thanks to their innovative design, the GD needle jet nozzle is perfect for high-pressure cleaning in paper mills and in any industrial processes that require a powerful needle spray jet. Their clog-resistant feature contributes to increased productivity and reduced maintenance costs.

The GDA needle jet nozzle is a one-piece unit designed for operating pressures below 20 bar. Its durable ruby spray tip makes it suitable for pressures under 200 bar. These nozzles are precisely machined and feature a hydrodynamic design that creates a solid stream needle jet. With a stainless steel body and ruby tip, they ensure a long service life and high wear resistance.

GD nozzles are installed with their spray tips positioned inside the pipe. They spray high-pressure fluids, creating turbulence that removes dirt from the inner pipe walls. When used with self-cleaning pipes, these nozzles guarantee thorough cleaning, improved productivity, and minimal maintenance requirements.
