MX MINI – Full Cone Spray Nozzles
The MX Mini series 1/4″ full cone spray nozzles are compact pneumatic atomizers designed for precise atomization and complete coverage. They are available in multiple configurations to suit various operational requirements:
- MX Mini Type “MA” | Double Air Inlet
- MX Mini Type “MB” | Double Air Inlet
- MX Mini Type “NA” | Single Air Inlet
- MX Mini Type “NB” | Single Air Inlet
Pressure Principle – External Mix Full Cone Spray
Full Cone Spray 1/4″
The SUF external mixing setup for MX Mini nozzles produces a full cone spray by combining compressed air and liquid at the nozzle outlet. This design allows independent adjustment of air and liquid pressures, giving precise atomization control. In external mixing nozzles, air and liquid exit through separate orifices and only mix outside the nozzle, which simplifies cleaning in case of deposits or buildup.
Main advantages:
- Capable of atomizing more viscous liquids, such as oils, without uncontrolled atomization.
- The nozzle geometry reduces the risk of clogging, ensuring reliable performance..
Pressure Principle – Internal Mix Full Cone Spray

Single-orifice internal mix setups produce narrow-angle, full cone atomized sprays with a typical spray angle of about 20°. Spray lengths range from 2 500 mm to 9 000 mm, depending on the specific nozzle type and operating conditions. These nozzles are ideal for applications requiring concentrated, precise full cone spraying.
Pressure Principle – Internal Mix Wide Angle Full Cone
Wide Angle Full Cone Spray 1/4″
Multi-orifice internal mix nozzles combine several narrow-angle sprays to produce a wide-angle full cone spray with a resulting angle of approximately 60°. Spray lengths range from 1 500 mm to 10 400 mm, depending on the nozzle type and operating conditions. Detailed spray dimensions are provided in the corresponding tables.
Siphon Principle – Internal Mix Full Cone

These siphon-fed internal mix nozzles operate with liquids drawn from ambient-pressure containers, either by siphoning or gravity feed. Performance tables indicate flow rates for both suction head (blue background) and gravity head (white background) conditions. Approximate spray lengths and coverage, depending on the nozzle type and operating conditions, are provided in the tables.
The MX Mini 1/4″ full cone series combines compact size, flexible configuration, and precise atomization for reliable performance in both pressure-fed and siphon-fed applications.
