UPD mixing eductors utilize the "Venturi Effect" to enable the circulation of large volumes of liquid. They are installed at the bottom of a tank and pressurized to spray the solution. This flow creates a strong negative pressure that allows the tank to take in liquid at four times its volume, mix it with a solution inside the nozzle, and then spray it back into the tank at high velocity. A 1 HP pump paired with a UPB mixing eductor can replace a 5 HP mixing educator. UPD eductors offer excellent mixing efficiency and are cost-effective due to their energy-saving design and resistance to wear and corrosion. While they share the same technical features as UPB models, UPD eductors come with a female thread connection.
