Plastic Swivel Ball Nozzle
HG plastic swivel ball nozzles are designed for a variety of applications, allowing easy adjustment of the spray jet direction and featuring a quick-fit connection.
The HG flat fan nozzle has a 60° spray angle, and its wide range of flow rates makes it an ideal choice for pre-treatment plants. For easy identification, the nozzles are color-coded based on flow rate. They are made from high-quality polypropylene (PP) with chemically bonded fiberglass, ensuring excellent stability at high temperatures and resistance to chemicals.
Our ball nozzles, uniquely in the market, include a soft LDPE (low-density polyethylene) seal, offering two key advantages:
– Prevents leaks through the spherical joint;
– Requires only light tightening to prevent vibrations from loosening the locknut.
