FLAT FAN NOZZLE WITH SWIVEL BALL
The KS/ZB flat fan nozzles are deflection-type nozzles equipped with an integrated swivel ball, enabling quick installation, easy removal, and straightforward cleaning when used with our hose clamps. These nozzles generate a flat spray pattern with either a 50° or 60° spray angle and deliver maximum impact force at a given supply pressure—up to 60% more than traditional turbulence flat fan nozzles. Their innovative design ensures high cleaning performance, while the ball joint connection allows for leak-free assembly and disassembly. KS/ZB nozzles are available in six colour-coded variants, each indicating a specific flow rate. Manufactured from glass fibre-reinforced polypropylene, the nozzles maintain structural stability under high temperatures and resist chemical corrosion. They are commonly used in surface pre-treatment applications. The main distinction from the KS/QQ variant lies in the connection design: KS/QQ nozzles require separate ZBA nozzle holder balls, whereas KS/ZB nozzles are a single integrated unit, ready for immediate use.
