FULL CONE NOZZLE – S-TYPE VANE
The AL full cone nozzle provides unique advantages thanks to its special design, featuring an integrated S-shaped vane, cast as a single piece with the nozzle body using an investment casting process. This S-shaped vane offers the largest possible free passage in a full cone nozzle, equivalent to the nozzle orifice diameter, and easily handles dirty or recirculated liquids, as well as suspended particles, to prevent clogging.


This design ensures maximum reliability even in the toughest conditions, making these nozzles the ideal solution for plants with nozzle clogging issues or where cleaning and removing clogged nozzles is challenging.
