PAPER WEB TRIMMER
The GMB Trim Duo straight jet nozzle is the latest addition to PNR Italia’s line of paper trim nozzles. Equipped with a ruby insert, it is specifically engineered to deliver two solid water jets from a single nozzle. The ruby insert offers exceptional erosion resistance against liquid flow while enhancing the lifespan of the nozzle.
The geometry of the nozzle's tip features an inclined cut that directs the accumulation of stagnant water droplets away from the working area. The two orifices of the GMB series are located on the ruby disc, while the body is entirely constructed from AISI 316L stainless steel.
The Trim Duo can operate at a pressure of up to 70 bar, and various attachment sizes are available to accommodate all existing systems. Additionally, a range of orifice sizes is offered to complete the GMB series.
