Retractable Cleaning Device
The UKK is a retractable tank cleaning device designed for small containers, tanks, and pipes. Its compact size and unique design allow for installation flush against the wall, making it ideal for areas where traditional systems are hard to access and operate. The UKK's features make it an excellent choice for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, and its FCM certification permits its use in the food and beverage sector as well.
The operation of this cleaning head is straightforward yet highly effective: when supplied with an adequate liquid pressure (between 3 and 7 bar), the nozzle extends by 50 mm and initiates the washing action. The flow rate is 35.5 liters per minute at 3 bar of operation. The UKK is available in standard AISI 316 stainless steel, but other materials, such as Hastelloy, can also be utilized.

The UKK A variant features a new gasket design that eliminates the risk of water infiltration into the head when the device is closed. We supply the UKK A head with a Viton gasket, with other materials available upon request.
